He never returned home (to Samoa) so it is believed that he is buried here. I’m currently researching and trying to locate more information around this part of our family history. I would love to come and visit here some day soon to pay my respects.

my grandmother and her brothers settled in drekeniwai village in natewa bay, cakaudrove
after treking through bua province along the way
im one of the many descendants of my grandmother, whoes mataqali is called makogai

His grave had a stone head which I saw in a very old photo now lost.must have been the 1940s.Still searching for his exzart date of death since those who had records in my Family have passed away.
