Dining out in Suva is a wonderful experience, with something for every taste, you could eat out every night for a month and still not visit the same restaurant twice. Go on, try it! 

Fijian Style

The Old Mill Cottage

Housed in a gracious old timber cottage, this is the place to go if you wish to dabble in authentic Fijian fare. Seating on the veranda is popular, or large booths inside are also available. Large serves and reasonable prices make this a firm favourite.

A delicious mixture of international dishes offered overlooking the marina pontoons. There is a great kid’s playground at the yacht club in which you can let the kids build up their appetite.

Air conditioned local café that serves espresso beverages, fresh tropical juices, smoothies and offers free Wi-Fi to customers. Look out for the ‘RoC Market’ which is held on the last Sunday of every month. Stalls in front selling everything from jams and chutneys, to handbags and jewelry.

We have been reliably informed that these guys in addition to delicious coffees serve the best cheesecake in town!

One of Suva’s best drinking holes. There is a pub-like poolroom where you can watch sports on the big screen, or dance the night away in the trendy main bar, to a DJ or live-music.

    Shabu Shabu (91 Gordon St (Ra Marama Bldg) is no longer at that address. I do not know where it has moved.
